Tickets

Discord ticket bot: private support channels opened from an open-ticket message. Staff claim, close, and save transcripts from ticket commands.

  1. Enable Tickets on the dashboard Modules page or with /modules set.
  2. Configure staff roles, log channel, and panel text on the Tickets dashboard page or with /ticket setup.
  3. Add dropdown types if needed (/ticket type add), then run /ticket post to publish the open-ticket panel.

/ticket setup

Turns tickets on and sets staff roles, log channel, and message text.

The Tickets dashboard page is easier for first-time setup.
