Setup in three steps

  1. Step 1

    Invite and run /setup
    Add Caelum, configure admin roles, and enable modules you need.

  2. Step 2

    Enable tickets
    Turn on the tickets module with /modules set.

  3. Step 3

    Post a ticket panel
    Use ticket slash commands to define types and post the open-ticket panel in your support channel.
